Are your 3D printed products strong and durable?

Yes! We primarily use PLA and PETG filaments, both of which produce strong, rigid parts suitable for everyday use. PETG in particular offers excellent impact resistance and is slightly more flexible than PLA, making it ideal for functional parts like mounts and clips. If you have specific strength requirements, feel free to get in touch and we can advise on the best material for your needs.

What materials do you use?

We use high-quality PLA (Polylactic Acid) and PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) filaments. PLA is a plant-based, biodegradable material and is our most popular choice. PETG is more heat and impact resistant, making it great for functional parts. All our filaments are sourced from reputable suppliers and are safe for everyday use.

Can I request a custom colour?

Absolutely! We stock a wide range of filament colours. When placing your order, use the colour selector on the product page, or leave a note at checkout with your preference. If you’re after something specific, drop us a message and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

What does ‘Printed to Order’ mean?

It means we print your item fresh when you place your order, rather than holding pre-made stock. This allows us to offer more colour options and ensures you receive a brand new, high-quality print every time.

Ordering & Delivery

How long will my order take?

Most items are printed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Delivery via Royal Mail typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a dispatch notification by email when your order is on its way.

Do you offer custom orders?

What is your returns policy?

Because our products are printed to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently we ship within the UK only. If you’re based outside the UK and interested in our products, feel free to get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
